The Arena organizer owns the review queue and final certification operation. No automated signal alone disqualifies a player. A reviewer examines the relevant account, room and request evidence; a second human review is used for a contested adverse decision where practical.
How notice and appeal work
- Preliminary identity, eligibility and fair-play review runs after the fixed leaderboard snapshot. An affected player receives private notice of the rule, proposed action and relevant non-sensitive evidence categories.
- The player signs in here and submits an Appeal before the fixed window closes. The immediate private case reference is proof of intake.
- The organizer records a human outcome and any standings correction before the final result deadline. Public reporting may summarize a rule outcome, but never exposes email, authentication, raw security or private case data.
Incident reports are accepted before and during the event, but an incident report does not extend the appeal deadline. A player seeking reversal of a proposed result must choose Appeal during the appeal window.

Preserve useful evidence
Keep the room code, UTC date and time, the response's X-Request-Id, and an original screenshot of the visible state. The form accepts an evidence description, not a file upload. Do not submit a password, sign-in code, magic link, cookie, private key, seed phrase, government ID, or unrelated personal information.
