Fair play / Appeals

Review before finality.

This page records the minimum appeal process promised by the beta and, just as importantly, what is not operational yet. It is not a submission form.

A leaderboard place is provisional. No fair-play, eligibility, podium, or payout decision may be described as certified while private intake, deadlines, review ownership, and outcome publication are unfinished.

What the final process must provide

  1. Private notice of the adverse decision, the rule involved, and enough non-sensitive evidence categories for the player to understand it.
  2. A dated, private submission channel and a reasonable response deadline.
  3. Human review that does not treat one automated signal as conclusive and, where practical, is separated from the initial decision.
  4. A dated outcome with the decision, rationale, corrections, and any next step. Public summaries must not expose private account or security data.

Preserve useful evidence

If a game or service failure may matter later, keep the room code, UTC date and time, the response's X-Request-Id, and a screenshot of the visible state. Do not publish an email address, magic link, cookie, private key, seed phrase, or other account secret.

The eventual intake instructions and deadline will be published here and linked from the Season Zero rules. Until then this route documents a release gate; it does not claim an appeal was received or promise a particular outcome.
